Raw Results 10/30/17

Original Article - Bleacher Report

Monday's WWE Raw mostly moved along at a swift pace, gathering momentum. It was a night of surprises and returns, as Braun Strowman, Nia Jax, Samoa Joe and Stephanie McMahon all returned to the red brand after absences of varying lengths.

Although there was plenty to dislike, from Halloween sight gags to Kane's mega push, one can't deny that this was an eventful episode.

The Miz fought to keep the Intercontinental Championship in his grasp. Alexa Bliss defended the Raw Women's Championship in the night's main event. Kurt Angle found out that his job will be on the line at Survivor Series.

And Strowman strode atop a limo with bloodlust in his heart.

WWE added intrigue ahead of the Survivor Series pay-per-view. But the road to that Nov. 19 event wasn't without its potholes.

Read on for a full breakdown of Monday's show.

Kurt Angle Addresses The Raw Roster

With the Raw roster standing on the entrance ramp, general manager Kurt Angle apologized for allowing the invasion to happen last week. Stephanie McMahon stepped in early on in his speech to interrupt.

She berated him for allowing her brother and SmackDown to storm into their show.

McMahon announced Angle will be the team captain for Raw's Survivor Series squad. She noted that if Team Red lost, he would lose his job as GM.

Bailey vs. Nia Jax

Alicia Fox was supposed to be Bayley's opponent, but she claimed she was too busy with her captain duties. She called on Nia Jax to take her place.

Bayley charged at her foe, leaving Jax reeling in the early going. The powerhouse, though, soon took over. She bowled over Bayley with an overwhelming, methodical offense.

The Huggable One charged back briefly, but the heel flattened her.

Fox, who had been watching nearby, told the winner she was her first pick for the Raw Survivor Series team. Samoa Joe stomped past everyone soon after.

Jax wins via pinfall.

Samoa Joe vs. Apollo Crews

Joe trashed the fans for not caring about him. He promised to think of them when he was beating up his foes.

Apollo Crews soon arrived with Titus O'Neil at his side. The announcers explained Crews asked for this match as a chance to prove himself following SmackDown's invasion.

Joe dominated his smaller opponent. Crews was unable to lift him for a suplex. The Destroyer, however, didn't have any issue driving his foe into the canvas.

Aggression from Crews helped him prolong the bout and keep Joe at bay. A Coquina Clutch put an end to his hopes of victory, though. O'Neil stepped in after the bell, getting a taste of Joe's submission hold, as well.

Joe wins via submission.

The Miz vs. Matt Hardy (Intercontinental Championship)

The moment the bell rang, Matt Hardy was all over The Miz, going for a number of pinfalls. The champ was able to slow things down and keep Hardy on the mat.

The Miztourage took cheap shots when the referee wasn't looking.

Hardy slugged his way back into the bout. He had The Miz on the ropes until the champ hit the Skull-Crushing Finale.

The Miz wins via pinfall to retain the Intercontinental Championship.

Asuka vs. Stacie Cullen

Asuka clobbered enhancement talent Stacie Cullen. She grinned as she took her foe apart, strike by strike.

The match was over in a hurry.

Asuka wins via submission.

Finn Balor vs. Cesaro

The announcers sold this match as having possible Survivor Series implications, as Angle would be watching with a Team Raw spot on his mind.

Finn Balor and Cesaro kept things on the mat early on. Things grew more physical as The Swiss Superman took to uppercutting his opponent.

A distraction from Sheamus gave Cesaro the edge.

He battered and wrenched Balor, but the former universal champ refused to quit. Balor fought off Sheamus' interference and hit a diving stomp to the back of Cesaro's head for the three-count.

Kane emerged after the match and attacked Balor.

Balor wins via pinfall.

Seth Rollins vs. Kane

SmackDown general manager Daniel Bryan appeared backstage to try to make peace with Angle. The lights later went out, and Kane soon attacked him in the dark.

Seth Rollins darted around the ring until Kane bowled him over and went to work. The Big Red Machine batted his foe around as Dean Ambrose cheered Rollins on from ringside.

Cesaro and Sheamus showed up and didn't take long to mix it up with Ambrose.

Kane dominated for the most part. He fought off Rollins' aerial offense and chokeslammed his way to victory.

Ambrose dropped Kane after the bell before a brawl broke out. The Devil's Favorite Demon laid out both the Raw tag champs by the end of it all.

Kane wins via pinfall.

Heath Slater, Rhyno vs. Luke Gallows, Karl Anderson (Trick or Street Fight)

Heath Slater and Rhyno slugged it out with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson with Halloween-theme props all around them.

The foes hit each other with pumpkins until The Club cost itself the match. The heels wore pumpkins on their heads, which allowed Rhyno to get the advantage and the victory.

Slater and Rhyno win via pinfall.

Elias and Jason Jordan Meet Again

Elias mocked Jason Jordan in song form. Jordan, though, showed up looking for a fight.

The former SmackDown tag champ suplexed Elias before the guitar-toting Superstar tried to retreat. Jordan broke his guitar.

Drew Gulak vs. Kalisto

Drew Gulak talked up Enzo Amore before the action began.

His size advantage had Gulak in control early. Kalisto buzzed around, hitting him with high-flying offense. A Salida del Sol ended the bout early.

Amore attacked Kalisto post-match.

Kalisto wins via pinfall.

Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James (Raw Women's Title)/Braun Strowman Returns

Backstage, The Miz saw a bag of garbage and thought it was a sign that Braun Strowman was back. He spent much of the show running around looking for protection, growing increasingly paranoid.

In the ring, Mickie James had Alexa Bliss on the run as the match kicked off.

The champ took over, though, punishing James in the center of the ring. James was able to stun Bliss, but the heel recovered and took her down.

The cameras cut to The Miz, who desperately tried to leave the building. A garbage truck dumped its contest onto his limo. Strowman chased him and The Miztourage before walloping them.

Bliss wins via pinfall to retain the Raw Women's Championship.

American Horror Story Cult "Winter of Our Discontent"

Written by Jasen Keplinger

American Horror Story fans will love the latest episode of the show. It had shocking twists, lots of homoerotic overtones, and of course lots of violence. So lets get down to it. Let's break down the latest episode of season seven called "The Winter of Our Discontent".

Up until this episode Cheyenne Jackson's character named Dr. Rudy Vincent has been a wild card for the show. He plays Ally's (Sarah Paulson) therapist and it seems somehow that he's connected to all the drama happening to Ally. Well we finally discover he is... Kai's (Evan Peters) and Winter's (Billie Lourd) older brother. What a twist. Just when Ally is released from the mental hospital where Dr. Vincent (Cheyenne Jackson) has had her committed; however just as she begins to piece things together Dr. Vincent confesses all to her. He comes out as Kai and Winter's brother and vows to Ally he will help her get her son back and stop Kai.

Ally uses this information about Kai's brother and his plans to stop Kai. She invites Kai over, cooks for him, and tries to make a deal with Kai, information for her son. They cut a deal and the information is exchanged for a promise from Kai that Ally will get her son back.

Adina Porter joined the cast last season on Roanoke and has made the show so much more exciting. This season she plays Beverly Hope who is a reporter initially recruited by Kai. Beverly has recently been recruited by Bebe Babbitt (Frances Conroy) leader of SCUM and as we discovered last episode also Kai's secret partner. This episode Kai uncovered her treachery and locks her in an isolation room. I think we will see a lot more of her especially if she and Ally team up.

I find Kai's police force a bit scary and almost Nazi. The scary thing about Cult is that it shows what can really happen in a politically unstable environment. I am shocked at Ally's recent decisions to do what it takes to get her son back, so we will see a complete change in her character. I predict she will be much stronger and I also predict we will see Kai unravel as he realizes his plans have only and will only bring him so far. I love American Horror Story and can't wait to see how it develops.

In Anticipation Of Their Upcoming Album Release, Prince Peezy & La La Chanel Combine Their Skills To Keep The Air Waves "Lit" With Their New Music Video Video

Congratulations to Prince Peezy & La La Chanel and their placements in Wu World, Nerve DJ's & Hood Illustrated. Original article from WU World link.

Broward County Florida has a powerful combination for the music industry in its mix. Hip Hop artist "Prince Peezy" and R&B songstress "La La Chanel" merge their talents, visions and drive into doing what they love. And in doing so are re-creating something we have not really heard in awhile....flat out good music. Fusing the Hip Hop and R&B sound they take me back to a time when rappers didn't sing and singers really could..and music had a balance.
In preparation for their upcoming album release, currently scheduled for a November 4th, Prince peezy & La La Chanel have just dropped a new video titled "Lit." And that is the best way I could describe. An excellent cinematic presentation for 2 young artists, "Lit" caught me from the beginning and held me til the end, where I pressed repeat.
On top of a catchy and beautiful hook, banging beat and hard verses..it was refreshing to see 2 young artists present a professional music video that wasn't just full of drugs being done, gang signs being thrown and guns waved at the camera. So don't expect that when you press play. Expect "REAL" entertainment. Filled with quick quality edited shots, choreography and people just overall having a great time doing what they love. For the first time in years, I seen a real music video from very talented independent artists. And I have to say, Hip Hop is not dead. It is buried in the underground and digging its way back up.
Check Out the Vevo Release of "Lit" Today

Brooklyn Emcee "Grisly BK" Is Creating A Buzz Blending The Turn Up Sound With Lyrical Skill

Congratulations to Grisly BK and his features in Rap or Die, Paper Chaser and My Funk.Ning.

Grisly BK brings a merge of today's sound and style, and mixes it with a content based hip hop sound of yesterday. And it is working perfectly for his character sound. He delivers his words with an aggressive hunger and gritty voice tone, yet still holding remarkable clarity. It is an actual  "emotion"  determination to be recognized for talent i have not had the pleasure of hearing in a while.
Currently releasing singles, he is in talks of getting a project put together. it's obvious after checking out a few tracks, he wants his album to be delivered in a whole. meaning each song fitting a certain preference relating to the titled catalog as a full length project. Yet, I personally think a collection of Grisly BK's music would move well either way. Every punch line, metaphor and rhyme scheme is so intricately placed on the beat, everything Grisly BK touches turns into an instant classic for this Hip Hop consumer.

Check a few tracks out today from Grisly BK's Reverbnation account, and get a taste of some good old fashioned street hip hop, with a new age twist.

WWE Raw Results: Winners, Grades, Reaction and Highlights from October 23

Original article on bleacher report link

The October 23 episode of Raw was an explosive one that laid the groundwork for the Survivor Series pay-per-view via a wild and chaotic brawl to close the show.
Team SmackDown assaulted Superstars of Raw, leaving bodies strewn throughout the building before SmackDown commissioner Shane McMahon issued one last warning to Raw general manager Kurt Angle.
Brock Lesnar formally accepted Jinder Mahal's challenge for a match at the extravaganza, Alicia Fox picked up a big win to establish herself as the face of the female version of Team Raw and Asuka made her television debut.
What else went down, how did it affect the long-term storytelling and did it actually work or not?
Find out with this recap from Monday's show.
Kurt Angle kicked off this week's show and was greeted with chants of "you've still got it," just 24 hours after his return to the squared circle.
He wasted little time announcing that Survivor Series will feature the Best of Raw vs. the Best of SmackDown, then ran down matches for that show: Baron Corbin vs. The Miz, Natalya vs. Alexa Bliss and Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose vs. The Usos.
The Miz interrupted and demanded Angle resign.
Miz tried to strong-arm his superior but Ambrose and Rollins appeared. Angle announced a Six-Man Tag Team match pitting Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus against Rollins, Ambrose and SmackDown's AJ Styles!
The Miz, Cesaro and Sheamus controlled the majority of Sunday's Tables, Ladders and Chairs match, only enduring real punishment in the closing moments of the match. Monday night, they would have the opportunity to make up for their loss by battling Seth Rollins, Dean Ambrose and AJ Styles in a huge Six-Man Tag Team match.
Styles, a SmackDown star, exploded into the match and unloaded on Cesaro as action broke down late. A momentary distraction by The Celtic Warrior allowed Cesaro to catch him with a big uppercut. A near-fall was had but was broken up by Rollins.
The action continued to breakdown, with The Shield, Miz and Sheamus battling to the floor.
Styles launched himself off the top rope and delivered a Phenomenal Forearm to The Swiss Superman for the pinfall victory.
After the match, the babyfaces' victory was cut off by Kane, who cleared the ring and left the babyfaces lying as Michael Cole put him over hard.
The Big Red Monster remained in the ring after the break and a video package recapping Braun Strowman's downfall at TLC aired.
Kane took credit for dismantling Strowman, who had been so dominant in his absence.
Like Strowman, Kane demanded competition and the result was Finn Balor making his entrance to a big pop.
On the heels of a massive victory over AJ Styles at TLC, Finn Balor found himself beaten down and brutalized by Kane, who utilized a strength and size advantage to ground and pound his opponent.
Kane bent Balor backwards over his knee, working the back and neck of his opponent in an attempt to prove the dominance he claimed in his pre-match promo.
Balor sent Kane crashing to the arena floor as it appeared as though he would be able to create some space. He fired off a series of strikes and few flying forearms that barely stunned Kane. The Sling Blade followed, putting Kane down. The running dropkick followed and Balor headed up for The Coup de Grace.
Kane grabbed him by the throat and delivered a massive chokeslam that left him lying motionless.
He planted Balor with two more chokeslams for the win.
In a rematch from TLC, Asuka made her Raw debut by battling Emma in singles competition.
Asuka bumped Emma off the ring apron with a flying hip attack but the Aussie recovered and worked headlock on her opponent.
Emma dominated the middle portion of the match in a repeat of Sunday's match.
A dropkick from the middle rope, though, turned the tide in Asuka's favor.
Another running hip attack scored Asuka a near-fall but Emma delivered a kick to the back of the neck that sent Asuka face-first into the corner.
The Empress of Tomorrow recovered and trapped her opponent in the Asuka Lock for the win.
Raw women's champion Alexa Bliss was frustrated with fans over a perceived lack of respect and appreciation from fans. She insulted AJ Styles and Finn Balor for receiving a chant despite engaging in a hand sign, then hurled a couple insults at Mickie James.
She tried to order fans to chant "you deserve it" in her direction until James interrupted.
The former No. 1 contender hit the ring, planted her with a Mickie T and said to the fallen champion, "Alexa...you do deserve it."
Elias was in the center of the ring, ready to grace fans with another intimate musical performance, drawing a chorus of boos in the process. With that said, "who wants to walk with Elias?" was greeted with a sizeable pop. Elias responded by criticizing Aaron Rodgers of the Green Bay Packers and his fractured collarbone.
A huge pro-Packers chant broke out until Elias recapped the events of TLC and Jason Jordan's interruptions of his performances.
The Drifter found his performance once again interrupted, this time by technical issues, much to his chagrin.
Jordan emerged from the locker room, who appeared to take credit for the sound difficulties.
A match between the two was announced for after the break.
In another TLC rematch, Jordan and Elias squared off in singles competition.
The Drifter wore Jordan down, trapping him in a headlock and keeping him grounded.
Jordan fought back into the match and sent Elias into the guardrail, only to suffer a guitar shot to the face.
The match ended abruptly, via disqualification, with Elias standing tall.
Universal champion Brock Lesnar returned to Raw, flanked by advocate Paul Heyman, and answered WWE champion Jinder Mahal's challenge for a match at Survivor Series.
The Beast Incarnate was his typically intimidating self as Heyman worked his wizardry on the microphone.
Heyman scoffed at the idea that Mahal was a worthy challenger to Lesnar, let alone the WWE champion.
He promised Mahal was headed to Suplex City, then recalled the last time a SmackDown star set foot inside the same squared circle with him. He was referencing Randy Orton and touched on the referee stoppage, not to mention the backstage chaos that went on afterward.
He promised more of the same for The Maharaja.
With the leadership of Team Raw at Survivor Series up for grabs, Sasha Banks, Bayley and Alicia Fox battled in a Triple Threat match.
The contest featured the same Triple Threat formula that has long been part of the WWE, with two competitors waging war while the third powdered at ringside.
The finish was creative and saw Fox use the competitive natures, and clear friendship, against Bayley and Banks.
Late, Fox escaped The Bank Statement and sent Banks into Bayley, then pinned the latter to pick up the victory.
Prior to the match, the heels entered the arena and did the trademark dance of Enzo Amore.
Drew Gulak, in a humorous bit, read a prepared statement for Amore, whose voice prevented him from rattling off his spiel.
Amore, Drew Gulak, Tony Nese, Noam Dar and Ariya Daivari battled Mustafa Ali, Cedric Alexander, Rich Swann, Kalsto and Gran Metalik in a big tag team match that still does not make any sense.
Late in the match, the action broke down, leaving Amore and Kalisto to battle for the victory.
Newly crowned champion Amore delivered a big DDG that nearly scored him the win. Moments later, Kalisto answered with a Salida del Sol and scored the pinfall victory.
With Kurt Angle in the ring, ready to announce the Raw Superstars who would come together to battle Team SmackDown at Survivor Series, it appeared as though we were en route to a newsworthy conclusion to the show.
Shane McMahon and the SmackDown competitors entered the arena through the crowd and staged an assault on the red brand roster.
They chased Angle to the locker room before beating the unholy hell on any and all Superstars who got in their way. It was a violent assault, a furious onslaught that set the bar for the intensely personal war for brand supremacy that will unfold at Survivor Series.
McMahon wrapped the show up by promising to bring the same Superstars and decimate the remainder of Raw come the pay-per-view.

The Power of Tooting Your Own Horn

Original Article By Music Biz Academy

There are basically three types of people in this world.

    1. Those who make things happen.
    2. Those who watch things happen
    3. Those who stand around and ask "What happened?"

I can't take credit for that, and I don't recall who said it, so I can't reference the quote. But it is right on the money about the nature of the majority of our planet's population. You may fall in between the categories somewhere and vacilate back and forth between them, and even occasionaly jump past a whole category and land smack dab in the middle of greatness, or idiocy.

Fact is, we all do it. Depending on the day, we may find ourselves in any one of these categories. But mostly, one will predominate. That is the pure you. The natural you, and no matter what that may be, it's a beautiful thing and I would never want you to change it.

Unless we're talking about self promoting your band.

Under these circumstances, you absolutely have to step up to the plate, or you are going to need to hire someone to do this for you. Because there is one thing that I can say with absolute authority, and nobody can tell me that I am wrong.

If no one knows you exist, they cannot be your fan, and they will not buy your music.

I know that the average musician want's nothing to do with the business side of the music. But hey, it's called the "music business" for a reason you know. So I'm gonna show you some ways to make it fun, instead of it seeming like work. I'm going to show you a perfect way to get other people to do most of the work for you.
Publicity is easy to get. The news media is so lazy these days, if you call them with a story, they'll be beating your door down to be the first ones to cover it. Trust me on this one. If you want the coverage of the media though, it DOES have to be something newsworthy. They might cover your lead singer's bachelor party or something, especially if there was a donkey involved, or if the police showed up for any reason, and I mean ANY REASON. hint...hint....

Seriously though, to get major press, you've got to do something pretty major. How would you like to have that? Newspaper, Radio, Television coverage of your upcoming concert event?
One word. Charity.

The press loves charity events like a fat man loves Baskin Robbins, and the bigger you can make the event, the more press you'll get. The people love it too, and they will literally POUR OUT to your open air charity concert. All you have to do is find a charity willing to back the whole thing. What, you think that would be hard? Charities are in the business of raising money! This is where you will get most of your work done for you.

Find at least 2 other bands that want the kind of exposure we're talking about here. They have to be good, but they don't have to be as good as you, if you know what I mean Locate a charity, (preferably a local one to start with) that is hungry for some money. It will generally be the one that you always hear advertising on the radio in public service announcements and such, or having lots of different fund raising drives. This charity should have a good staff of volunteers. Don't be afraid to interview several different ones. Remember, this is YOUR EVENT. You are the promoter, and you decide who gets the money in the end.

Find a Venue. This could be anything from a stadium, to a large parking lot somewhere, but grass is better because people can sit on it. The City Park is a thought. This place should be one that has their own liability Insurance if possible. Talk to the owner, and get him to donate the facility to the charity drive. He can take his standard rental fees off his taxes at the end of the year. The charity may have this taken care of already, because they do stuff like this all the time, and they are connected.

The publicity will all be free for your event, in the form of "public service announcements". The press, and especially radio and TV are required to do this by the FCC to maintain their broadcast license. They will be happy to custom record a great spot for you, and play it about 10 times a day. The charity you will be working with has all the media contacts in place already, so let them handle it all.

Just make sure you have all your merchandise ready, and your table set up somewhere at the entrance to the event, that way you catch people coming and going. Even if you don't have merchandise yet, this is a spectacular way to get the word out about your band, and to collect some email addresses for your mailing list, so that when you DO record your CD, you have a hungry fan list just waiting for it.

Promotion is mostly about imagination.
If you sit around with your band members and kick these ideas around, there's no telling what you can come up with. Heck, you may even think of some things that I've never heard of.

The important thing is to get the word out, however you can. If the whole idea of throwing a charity concert is too much for you (we do it once a year minimum) then try an open mic party that rotates around to different people's houses. You'll have tons of people there, and you won't even have to buy the beer.

WWE TLC - No Tables No Ladders No Chairs?

TLC Highlights

The WWE paper view definitely lived up to the hype, well i guess. The paper view itself was great. Every match on the card was exciting, entertaining but there was just one problem, no tables no ladders no chairs. To call itself a TLC paper view the only match that used anything of the sort was the main event. The rest of the nights card featured traditional matches in traditional style. As mentioned earlier over all the matches were great but if your going to call it a TLC paper view actually have matches involved with tables, ladders and chairs.

Asuka vs. Emma Winner - Asuka

Cedric Alexander & Rich Swann vs. Gentleman Jack Gallagher & The Brian Kendrick Winners - Cedric Alexander & Rich Swann

Raw Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss vs. Mickie James Winner - Alexa Bliss

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Kalisto vs. Enzo Amore Winner - Enzo Amore

Finn B├ílor vs. AJ Styles Winner - Finn Balor

Kurt Angle, Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins vs. The Miz, Cesaro, Sheamus, Braun Strowman & Kane (TLC Match) Winners - Kurt Angle, Dean Ambrose & Seth Rollins

American Horror Story Cult Introduction To Season

American Horror Story by creator Ryan Murphy has come back with the latest seasonal installment of horror and thus far it has definitely been a good season. Evan Peters and Sarah Paulson return to new roles once again, and they have the lead roles this season. They are the only two actors to have been in every season of the show up to the current moment, although Lily Rabe has appeared in all the earlier seasons.

Evan Peters plays a character named Kai this season, and he has political aspirations. He also plays a cult leader who uses murder and fear to further his political aspirations. Kai secretly commits crimes using his cult members and then steps in politically to claim himself the hero by speaking out against the crimes. In the latest episode Kai is finally elected to the city council seat he has had an eye on all season. This is of course the seat left vacant by Kai's first cult target and murder. Kai is a man you love to hate this season. It's also rumored Evan Peters will be playing other serial killers in flashback from this season including notorious Charles Manson.

Sarah Paulson plays Ally this season who is a woman plagued by phobias including a clown phobia, as well as a phobia of holes. We recently discovered that Ally's wife is a member of Kai's cult and this is what has led to her becoming a target of Kai's cult. They have slowly set Ally up this season by playing on her phobias and ultimately setting her up for murder and Kai's attempted murder. As usual Sarah Paulson has brought a depth to her character that makes you want to root for her.

Newcomer Billie Lourd, known for her role on Scream Queens, plays Winter who is Kai's sister. She is quickly becoming a favorite of mine, as well as of fans of the show. This far she has stuck by Kai, but she has recently turned to the appearance of a character played by Frances Conroy. She emerged in the last episode as the woman who shot Andy Warhol, as well as the leader behind an all female cult who were behind the Zodiac killings of the 1960s.

This season certainly is emerging to be a good season full of twists and turnsPaulson and Peters have led the charge of the show this season successfully. Fans certainly have a lot to be proud of, as well as look forward to. I have personally been entertained by American Horror Story Cult and predict it to be looked at as one of the best seasons in the series anthology history. The show appears on FX on Tuesdays at 10.

Pensacola, Florida native Ebony D. Weatherspoon, known in the industry as Raven Salve’, is bringing the flavor soul back to music. An amazingly talented young songstress, Raven has quickly developed a reputation for releasing powerful and soulful music. Blending Escambia, County, Southern Soul, Gospel and R&B, she creates the sounds that take you too a time when music was filled with joy. A fun soundtrack to a great time. And her latest single "Jelly Roll," is nothing short of everything we have come to love from Raven Salve'.
The single "Jelly Roll" is from Raven Salve's debut album "Let's Dance the Mix." Jelly Roll holds all of the qualities of a dance classic. Raven's melodic voice tunes through notes so naturally, it's very refreshing in an age where digital trickery has outweighed natural talent. And the talent showcases from beginning to end in "Jelly Roll," as Raven sings about the love of her life, her shoulder to lean on...the ying to her yang...or better yet..the jam in her jelly roll.
An awesome single capturing the essence and feeling of love and it's power to uplift you, Jelly Roll is an instant classic. And the material isn't slowing down as Raven Salve' is preparing her upcoming release of the EP “Metamorphosis,” set for release by July 2018. In the mean time keep up with raven's moves and music @
